The Director of Coaching (DOC) supports and develops our coaches so they can confidently deliver a high-quality, player-centered experience. They provide guidance on training sessions, game approach, and long-term player development, while ensuring alignment with AYSO’s philosophies and the standards of the Alliance program. The DOC is also a mentor and resource, offering feedback, running coach education opportunities, and helping troubleshoot challenges throughout the season.
