Volunteer with Redlands AYSO Region 50
AYSO is powered by volunteers—coaches, referees, and behind-the-scenes leaders who make soccer happen for our kids. In Redlands, over 700 parents, neighbors, relatives, and friends lend their time and talents so every player has a safe, fun, and affordable soccer experience.
Why Volunteer?
-
It’s for the kids. Everything we do centers on safe, fair, and fun play.
-
It keeps soccer affordable. Volunteer time = more smiles, less cost.
-
No experience needed. We train and mentor you—start simple and grow.
AYSO’s six core philosophies guide our program: Everyone Plays®, Balanced Teams, Open Registration, Positive Coaching, Good Sportsmanship, and Player Development.
